Well Finn sure does! All over his mouth! This is what we're greeted with every morning when Finn wakes up - a crusty smiley faced boy. He blows spit bubbles in his sleep, so by morning, his mouth is pretty darn crusty. It's hilarious seeing him smile with that goop all over.
