Adventures of Finn

Finn took his first road trip this past weekend. We went to Shreveport for his cousin Caroline's 1st birthday party. He did a wonderful job in the car on the way there. It's a 3 hour drive so I fed him right before we left and as soon as we got there. He slept pretty much the whole way.

He'll be 6 weeks tomorrow. Everyone tells me that 6 weeks is a milestone and things will get "better/easier" and he'll start sleeping longer through the night. Well, we have 1 day to make some drastic changes then! Keep your fingers crossed.

Nursing is going lots better. I have been nursing exclusively for over 2 weeks now! I'm very proud of myself and little Finny for working so hard at it. We still have some kinks to work out but overall, it's going well!

I'm very excited about this afternoon! My wonderful husband came home yesterday and surprised me with a giftcard for a massage and then arranged for my friends to meet up with me afterward for a mani/pedi. How sweet is he!?! He wants to keep momma happy! :)
